Job Description:    

The Fan Recruitment position reports to the Vice President, Fan Recruitment. The position is responsible for recruiting new fans and securing recurring attendance through group ticket sales, season ticket sales and single game ticket sales. The position is based in Denver. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 

·         Execute upon ticketing strategy

·         Meet or exceed revenue goals

·         Manage leads lists

·         Work with box office staff

·         Manage existing customer database

·         Develop, manage and build relationships with season ticket holders

·         Input and manage information in Customer Relationship Management system

·         Develop relationships with potential and existing group sales leaders

·         Execute ticket retention strategies

·         Achieve all call/contact metrics and sales targets

·         Meet or exceed sales quotas and call metrics

·         Work game nights and special events as required

·         Exhibit exceptional customer service skills

·         Communicate with all departments

·         Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:  

* Excellent customer service skills
* Highly motivated
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects
* Ability to work collaboratively with others and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
* Availability and willingness to work extended hours, including nights and weekends and be on-call as necessary

The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience and an interest in professional hockey.

Compensation:

·         $15,000 per year salary, exempt, based on 30 hours/week work

·         There will be potential for end of season bonuses, based upon individual and team performance
